Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson

I have to get this place at five star rating I got off Greyhound bus I called multiple hotels with no availability but when I called travel lodge they tell me they only have one room available over an hour to get there got the service was excellent the lady I spoke with was very kind and polite the room was clean and smelled wonderful I have to say if I need a hotel again in Jackson Michigan I'm definitely going back there thank you very much for wonderful service and clean rooms

Nice rooms, friendly and professional staff. I would definitely stay here again!! The housekeepers are exceptional! Very clean lobby, my room was always cleaned very well. I definitely recommend!

My significant other recently booked us a room at the Travelodge by Wyndham Jackson, and overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. First, I have to highlight housekeeping, they were absolutely phenomenal. Every single one of them smiled, spoke to us, and were incredibly friendly and communicative. They didn’t treat their work like it was “just a job.” They treated guests with genuine warmth and kindness. Honestly, they are the hearts of this hotel — the heartbeat of the entire property. You can feel the difference when people care, and they absolutely do. Our room was clean, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. While the rooms are a bit outdated, it’s clear they are working on improvements. It looks like they’re gradually adding new furniture and updating items throughout the rooms. Compared to some of our previous stays here, we can definitely see they’re on a come-up and making real efforts to make the place better. We’re actually excited to see what the finished product will look like during our next stay. The only hiccup we experienced was during check-in. When we arrived, the front desk associate appeared to either be sleeping or bent down looking at her phone. We stood there for a while before making a small noise to get her attention. She looked up and said, “Oh, didn’t see you there.” It felt a little odd to see a customer service employee sitting down like that. Maybe she had been working all day — we’re not sure — but in our experiences at other locations across the United States, front desk staff are usually organizing paperwork or tidying the area when not actively helping guests. It just stood out to us. That said, overall we loved our stay. The new housekeeping crew is amazing, and their energy alone makes a huge difference. We look forward to coming back and seeing all the continued improvements.

Nice little place for the money just outside Jackson, Michigan. The room was clean and comfortable. Everything seemed to work well. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Has a bar in the lobby with GREAT food. (I had a HUGE taco salad with chicken.) Pool looked very nice and well maintained. (Didn't have my swim trunks or I would have swam)

I been here for almost a month and I can really say that house keeping is on point.By time I get back from work I have cleaned towels and my bedding been washed and my bed been made and a cleaned bathroom... Travelodge Jackson mi

The moment you arrive to the hotel you are greeted with the breath taking view of the courtyard, the beautiful inviting pool and a well maintained outdoor area. Walking into the lobby itself was rather warm and inviting, greeted by a smile and kindness from the front desk ladies. There is a breakfast room just off the lobby to relax and drink coffee from the coffee bar. I requested to look at a double and a single room, both were nice and looked inviting. The housekeepers were very accommodating and polite when requesting the room to be cleaned, there was also a laundry area on site I just had to get the quarters from the front desk ladies. And I can forget the bar and grill PIT STOP, the bartender/cook was a joy to be around and his food was amazing. Look out fast food chains you have competition, each bite was perfect. The burgers were amazing always gotten fresh from the butcher. Over all my experience was a great one and will be returning again.
